Khwaja's view on Glendora City: Glendora is a city of foothills, an upscale sleep city 30 miles east of Los Angeles. Glendora is a great place to raise family. Glendoran pride the great schools, parks and its historic Downtown called The Village, where you will see many special and interesting activities take place throughout the year including the Farmers Market every summer, dances, bands, antique auto-shows etc.. Home prices are modest and compete well with other surrounding cities, browse through my listings to find out or contact AM Khawaja. In 2007 many new home sites started south of Sierra Madre Blvd and on Ground Ave near La-Fetra and Goddard Junior schools. Glendora is safe with hardly any crime and the police is very vigilant to keep it that way. Being a sleep and quiet city, it has plenty of major chain stores and auto mall where freeway 57 and 210 intersect in Glendora. Among the stores are: Wal-Mart, Sam Club, Costco (soon to open up in April-May 08), Home Depot, Kohls, Pets Mart, Barnes & Nobles, Bev-Mo and many brand new restaurants etc.. I myself have lived in Glendora since 1978 and have raised my family here, and I love it. Visit the city with me and preview the homes to make your dream come true. I am confident that you would find Glendora as one of the most favorable quiet, safe and fun city in the Los Angeles county. |
